How many times have you lost your temper this year?
One of my friends (a fellow goldfish) remarked that he hadn't ever seen me lose my temper (we've been friends since 1983).
Is losing your temper a sign of madness?

I lost my temper with Excel earlier and felt I was going mad.
It's the only time this year and probably the last time as well

OK, but I think probably once a quarter is normal. I probably have a lifetime of rage bottled up inside me!
