Let's pinpoint stress factors

by Znethru @ 2008-03-14 - 01:33:27

Identify the cause of your biggest stress. This could be a person (or group of people), job, or other annoying factor, there's also "self-inflicted" stress.

For starters, name the person/thing that is stressing you out.

For the purposes of keeping things as anonymous as possible, if it is a person or people that are driving you crazy, use a "ridiculous" nickname that only you can identify.

We will call this stage one! Let's name and shame!!

Many people, things and external factors have caused me great stress in the past. Today, I am dealing with things. But here are a few people who've greatly upset me in the past:

Krofski, Rancour, BM, the circle, the Punk Panther, Wilbur, Rathbone, the biz, the system, minimum wage injie.

These names are disguised and made ridiculous (as they well deserve to be). Nearly all of them have simply been obstacles standing between me and success.

Argos Home Delivery Service. Smegs.

hmm if that is an anonymous code, it could appear more annoying than it actually is! If it isn't coded, I think you are doing well on the stress front!
